Tuning CVT CPI

CVT Motoforce RACING V.2, 5.5 / 6.0g – 15x12mm, kínai 2 ütemű robogó (CPI / Keeway) 16mm-es főtengely csatlakozóval, új verzió.

A Motoforce Racing sorozat CVT-je új mércét állít fel az ár-érték arány terén. A teljesítmény az egész sebességtartományban, a gyorsulás és a váltási viselkedés jelentősen javult. A kivitelezés és az anyagminőség kiváló, így az élettartam is ennek megfelelően magas.

A variátor két 15x12mm-es súlykészlettel (5.5g és 6.0g) kerül forgalomba, így jó alapot biztosít a robogó többi beállításához.

Robogó CVT

A modern robogók folyamatosan változó sebességváltóval, az úgynevezett CVT-vel, más néven variátorral vannak felszerelve.

• Elülső tárcsa, mozgatható. Tartalmazza a variátor súlyokat, és speciális formával rendelkezik, amelynek ferde felülete lehetővé teszi a V-szíj szabad felfelé és lefelé mozgását.
• Rampalap: Helyén tartja a súlyokat.
• Variátor hüvely: A variátor tengelyirányú mozgásához szolgál, azaz nyit és zár.
• CVT görgő súlyok: Beállító súlyok, amelyek kritikus szerepet játszanak a működésben és a teljesítményben.

• Eredeti: Eredeti vagy OEM minőségű CVT-k sebességkorlátozóval vannak ellátva, amely 45 km/h-ra korlátozza a sebességet. Vannak olyan motorosok, akik eltávolítják a korlátozót, hogy megszüntessék a robogó korlátozásait, és felszabadítsák a teljesítményt.
• Sport: A Sport CVT-k könnyebbek az eredetinél, és különleges szögekkel, valamint különleges bevonattal rendelkeznek, ami növeli a végsebességet, de különösen a gyorsulást.
• Oversize: Ugyanazon elv alapján működik, mint a Sport CVT, de nagyobb méretekkel rendelkezik. Oversize/overrange variátorral a robogó teljesítménye még tovább növelhető.

A CVT cseréjekor mindig cserélje ki a V-szíjat, vagy válasszon egy teljes CVT készletet.
